About
What this is
An automated library of open-access bioinformatics research. A pipeline discovers strong papers across genomics, single-cell, proteomics, systems biology, computational methods and clinical informatics, reads each one in full, and writes a structured plain-language summary.
How the summaries are made
Each summary is written by an AI model from the paper's full text, then checked by a second model from a different family for faithfulness — an independent reviewer is more likely to catch mistakes than one sharing the first model's blind spots. High-confidence summaries publish automatically; anything flagged is held for human review.
Honesty about limits
AI checking AI catches most errors, not all. Every summary is labeled AI-generated and links to the original — please verify anything important against the source. Preprints are labeled as not peer-reviewed.
Copyright
Only open-access papers are included, always with attribution and license. PDFs are hosted only when the license permits redistribution; otherwise we link to the original.
